Parade of Homes. Content from Irregular Agency.

You'll spend a year on this house. The public gets a few weekends with it.

You'll spend a year on the framing, the millwork and the finish. Most of what anyone remembers of it will be shot on a phone, in a hurry, on opening weekend.

sixty seconds of what we can do for a project like yours.

Not all of it is a Parade home. All of it is for people who build things.

A Parade capture is the two day version.

Most Parade homes are marketed by accident

Parade weekends fill with thousands of qualified buyers, most of them exactly the kind of client you want next year. Triangle, Charlotte, the Triad, Wilmington, the mountains. Different market, same weekend, same shape.

Then the doors close, and what's left is whatever somebody happened to photograph.

It happens more than it should. Eighteen months into a house, and it goes out as fourteen phone pictures and a Facebook album. Not because nobody cared. Because nobody was booked to be there, and by the time anyone thought about it the furniture was gone.

The house only looks like that once.

Modern kitchen with a white island, gray cabinets, and black hardware. The ceiling features exposed wood beams and hanging pendant lights. There are white vases and decorative items on the shelves and counter.
Interior of a house under construction with exposed wooden framing, stairs, and electrical wiring.
Interior of a room under construction with tools, wood, and construction materials scattered on the unfinished floor.

One or two days on site. Months of content.

A cozy outdoor patio with wooden furniture and white sofas surrounded by lush green plants and trees, featuring a wooden ceiling with hanging wicker pendant lights.

From first call to files in hand

One. The call. We talk through the house and what you want out of it. The rooms you're proudest of, the details worth lingering on, how you want the build to come across. Creative direction and project logistics, settled in one conversation.

Two. The shoot date. Booked around your staging schedule, so the house is at its best when the camera arrives.

Three. Approval. You see the film, the cuts and the stills before anything is final. Notes are part of the process, not an imposition on it.

Four. Delivery and release. Everything lands cut, graded and ready to post, with the release plan alongside it so you know what goes out and when
