Custom homes, renovations and interiors, documented as the work happened. Most of what is here was made over months rather than in a single visit, which is why it shows framing and demo alongside finished rooms.

What we document

Construction, start to finish. Framing, rough-in, the details that get covered up, and the finished, empty house in the few days before the owners move in.
Finished homes and interiors. Stills and film shot for the design, not the listing: closer, slower, at the hour the room works best.
The people. The builder, superintendent or designer on camera, explaining a decision in their own words.
Short clips. Cut-downs for Instagram, YouTube and the Google Business Profile, each pointing back to a project page.

How a project gets documented

Plan at contract. We put the shoot dates on the calendar against the build schedule, before anything gets covered.
Shoot the milestones. Framing, rough-in, millwork, finish and move-in, plus a return visit once the landscaping grows in.
Deliver for every channel. A project film, stills, short clips and the copy for a project page.
Read what it did. Which pieces got watched, found and acted on. That decides what we shoot on the next house.
