Video and photography for residential projects
We document your projects across the year, from framing through the finished rooms, and cut it into work you can use everywhere
A house takes a year to build and about three hours to photograph.
Everything that made it worth building happened in the months nobody had a camera on. The framing, the detail that took four tries, the day the light finally came through the way it was supposed to.
What we film
The finished work
We shoot interiors and exteriors for the design rather than for a listing, including the detail work, the materials, and the way a room reads at different hours.
The build
We document framing, structure and the problems solved behind the wall. None of that can be recreated once the drywall goes up, and almost nobody has it.
The people
We film your team, your trades and the walkthrough with a client. A firm is not just its houses, and a buyer is choosing a company as much as a product.
The edits
Everything gets cut for where it has to go. Vertical pieces for social, longer pieces for your site, and stills that hold up in print and in a Parade entry.
How this connects to everything else
Video and photography on their own are files on a hard drive. What makes them work is where they go next.
The work we document is what your search presence is built on. It is what a buyer lands on after Google sends them to you, what fills your site, and what keeps circulating long after the project closes.
Then every month we look at what it actually did. Which pieces got watched, which pages people landed on, where the traffic came from. That tells us what to shoot next.
That loop is the reason this is a retainer and not a shoot.

You end up with a library, not a folder
A single shoot gives you a set of images from one day, and in six months you are back where you started.
Working across the year gives you something different: material from every stage of several projects, in formats that fit wherever it needs to go. A house you finished two years ago still has something left to publish, because it was documented while it was happening.
Video production FAQ
What exactly do you film?
Finished interiors and exteriors, the build in progress, your team and trades, and the moments around a project that explain how you work. Across the year rather than on one visit.
How much does video production cost for a builder or design firm?
We work on a monthly retainer rather than per shoot, because a single visit gives you one day of material and nothing to publish six months later. Pricing depends on how much documentation a year of your work calls for. The Services page has current tiers.
Do you shoot photography too, or only video?
Both. Video shows how spaces connect and how a project came together. Photography holds up in print, on a site and in submissions. Most projects need both.
Do you work outside Raleigh?
Yes. We work across North Carolina and the Mid-Atlantic.
Do you shoot drone footage?
Yes, where the site allows it. Some sites and neighborhoods restrict flight, and knowing that in advance is part of planning a shoot.
How often are you on site?
It depends on the plan we set. Some months are a single visit to a finished project, others are several stops as a build hits stages worth documenting. We agree on it in advance so nothing gets missed and nothing gets shot for the sake of it.
